Zelda snes need help..

I just got this game again today I use to play its all the time as a kid but I just cant remember how to get the 3rd medal that on the mountain. I get up to the top of the mountain where you can warp into a bunny and that it? How do I get into the castel is their something else I need to do first. I have the other 2 metals now. But I just can get this one..

I believe it has to do with the placement of the mountain in both the light and dark worlds. There's a section that looks like a barbell. In the dark world, you're on the same level, but when you regress to the light world, you'll be on top of a small hill. Just jump off the hill going north.
