In a guide ( since i didnt get the hawkeye earlier) i just beat the temple of time, and it tells me to wait until its daytime in kakariko village.. however ive been waitin for 20 minutes n it hasnt changed wut do i do now to get the hawkeye?

go out to hyrule field and just ride around till its day then go back kakariko village and go to the bomb shop and ge tthe goron outside of the bombshop to launch u up. Go up the mountain till u get to another goron. get him to launch u up higher to where talo is. talk to talo and accept his challenge. he will have u shooting targets with hero bow. u just have to hit the first to to get the hawkeye. If u hit the 3rd target ull get a heart peice. after ur done that u can buy the hawkeye from malo-mart.

since i answered u plz got to my thread a few threads below this one (tip on wagon escort plz) and give me a few tips on it. Since u beat the temple of time u should be able to help me cause u already did the part i need help with.

I did the same thing, waited in Kakariko Village for AGES for the sun to come up, turns out that time stops in villages so u have to go to hyrule field for time to pass.
