'Look Down' Part

I am at the bit in the cave ( i think) where your a werewolf carrying that annoying oerson, I'm OK, until I reach them bars, and the helper person (annoying 1 on back) goes through and tells you to ''look down''. What should i do, i've tried everything i know!

is this at the start and are you in a sewer kinda thing??

I know where you are. Drain the water with a switch down one of the corriders not beyond the spikes! There should be another one. Once you drain the water, head to where the "annoying person" is and look to your left. There'll be a hole at the wall. Dig (D-Pad down) through it and you should come out where the "annoying person" is.
