does twilight princess follow on from windwaker?

Does it follow on or not. I dont think so as in windwaker, the king of hyrule touches the triforce and gets one wish and he wishes that hyrule was sunk to the bottom of the sea forever and never to be found again.

Plz add your opinions as to what you think. im confused.

I belive not because in twilight princess, it looks more grown up , if you know what i mean. Also the twilight where meant to have attacked before and then where locked away , so f windwaker was before the peeps should still talk about it .

Windwaker is the last Zelda.. its after hyrule flooded afterall.. the guy in windwaker is a long descendant of link.

i think that TP takes place before Wind Waker because in Wind Waker hyrule is flooded. it is almost like Wind Wakers Hyrule is in a diffrent world.
