i have all the bugs
go to gamefaqs.com and look at one of the faqs under TP and they discribe it
its very easy to get all the bugs

my game is 100% except all i need is 21 poe souls

Well to be honest its somewhat hard to see. I found it floating around north of the area where you get the 100 rupees in the chest. It took me a good 15 minutes to spot it floating in the air. Just keep a keen eye around for it you'll spot it.

Try looking around at night as the shine is easier to spot and don't be a wolf because his chains make a similar sound.
