have you done the princes quest thingy? you need to go get the earing from him at the graveyard... once you have the coral earing you can catch them VERY easily... (if you fish in the right place)

you can also get the sinking lure once you have the earing.

There easy to catch! Just go visit the prince at the graveyard and get the ear ring, then go to zoras domain, jump off the waterfall and swim to the right and you'll see some red fish....just cast and catch ^_^

Yeah they are pretty easy to catch with the right lure. How do you get the sinking lure with the earring lure?

First of all, the earring isn't a lure, it replaces your old hook that you start with. Makes catching fish a little easier. Once you have the earring, go to Hena's fishing hole and go right, past her house until you hit a wall. Face the water and cast parallel to the wall with your bobber and make sure you're standing as close to the wall as possible. Fish as normal and you should fish out the sinking lure after a few tries.
