When do i fish in a boat?

I was just wondering when you get to fish in a boat. I just finished the temple of time and I haven't come across the boat fishing yet. I really want to get that other bottle while fishing. Thanks.

You should already be able to go fishing. There's a little door at Upper Zora River that leads to the fishing area. It's just outside the zora village, near to a howling stone.

Yeah where you land when that Bird drops you off I think it's there at the door
