This stupid reekfish

ok i can get them to bite but i cant pull them out of water no matter how hard i pull up, any suggestions?

you mean right in the begining?

when the bobber goes down pull the wiimote over your shoulder and hold it there, it will say fish on, keep holding it and you will have caught a fish

by the way as soon as u catch it become a wolf and sniff it before u release it bk into the water.
It doesnt give u an option 2 keep it

You have to pull back on the Wii Mote.
Just pull straight back and the game will do the rest.
Once you have caught it.
Turn into a wolf and save the scent.
Then go through the ice cavern and go into sense mode.
Travel the scent trail to the Yeti's house. You'll actually meet him at the top of the mountain and snowboard to his house in Human Form.
