Help suck in tile room cant get through

Can someone help I am stuck in the room where the tiles can lift from under you, I knock down the chest from the pillar, got the key, made it to the other side but cant climb up to the monkey, The lantern is suppose to show some steps but it not and I am running out of oil. How do I get up to the monkey and the chest behing the wooden tier?

you have to use the gale bommerang to turn of the candles or something

have fun
