Hm...It's between the Lakebed Temple (which really frustrated me at first) and the...wait, what were the others?

Arbiter's grounds was my favorite (I think?) I loved crashing the bulba through the gates. You stealth all the way through that temple, then pave a pathof destruction.

And while not technically a temple, the jousting of the eldin bridge was just the greatest moment of the entire zelda franchise to date.
