Key to boss room in Forest Temple

I can't unlock the door to the last room in the Forest Temple. I've been back to every room to find the key, but it seems like I have collected them all??? According to all the guides I've looked at, I thought the key was in the chest in the room with the explospider, behind the man-eating plant I killed. I got that key but now I have nothing in my inventory. Help someone!!!

I would be able to help, if you had posted this a year ago. Thats when I knew every single thing about the game! Sorry, I can't help now though, but I hope you find the answer soon.

I am past that part but I am not sure but it could be you have to like jump ov this like area and blow up this boulder with a bomb and like theres the chest but I am not sure I will try 2 look
