Lakebed temple help

I bought the game guide and I'm still stuck lol. How do I get the two platforms in the double cog cavern (with the keeses flying around) to rotate? I tried going to the room above it but that water wheel door is stuck too. Please help.

if i could only remember what i did.... your talking about the room with 2 cogs, are their claw shot vines around? if there is, you need to get your way to the top, if your already at the top. i Dont think your suppossed to be in that room anymore.

OK I thought the cogs should be moving when I got there, but it's all figured out now, nevermind, but thanks anyway.
