Need Help With Bridges-Chamber 11

I'm at Task 7 "Escape with Monkeys Seven and Eight"
I absolutely cannot figure out how to line up the bridges to get to wherever I'm supposed to go. I have the Prima Players Guide and have printed out walkthroughs from two sites and I STILL cannot get this right! I'm not usually this stupid but this has me stumped. If anyone can give me extremely detailed step by step instructions for this place, I'd appreciate it.

Get on bridge, hit the little "windmill" with Boomerang, bridge rotates, get off bridge.
