Boss in water temple

ok, I just got the key for the boss in the water temple, and now all I need to do is find where the door for the boss is. can anyone tell me? I probably must be blind since I cant find it anywhere

you have to raise the water a second time then the boss door is in the center room in the middle pillar.

You need to fill up the middle of the big chamber with water, its on the top of there.

How do i open the second thing of water. When i adjust the water in the middle room so the first opened water pours down the stairs and through the little thing and into no where in that room what do i do?
