yah i read about this in game informer awhile back, basically its like your 360 is on while you watch tv..i think

It's TV over IP address, similiar to VoIP or Voice over IP address (telephone line). It makes your Xbox very comparable to your current digital cable box and runs software for watching TV channels that it receives over your internet connection instead of from your cable company.

Yeah. This is pretty exciting stuff. You will be even able to use your xbox 360 as a PVR.
