So there is just a problem with the demo not anything personal? I would like to get it but I am broke so it's out of the question right now

why not nip into your local video rental shop and rent it out for
a few days?
when i had my 360 i downloaded dead rising no problem, but i remember
at the time there were other demo's which wouldn't download. might be best
to leave it for a few days and try again?
