Split Screen 360 Games?

just wondering what games people know are available to play 2 player split-screen?

obviously alot of the games are multiplayer, but that can be either system link/live, which isnt what im after when i have friends round as we want to play against each other

would be nice to know of a few and if you guys can recommend any decent ones, i think my 360 collection would increase a fair bit if i knew

Well most games that have any kind of mulitiplayer have split screen.

actually, unfortunately a lot of new games don't have splitscreen. they're going more to online, which definately sucks when having friends over.

i can't even think of too many 360 games that do offer splitscreen.

i mean i'm sure there's plenty, but most games that have multiplayer don't seem have it. it's like they've forgotten about that side of gaming.

Some games...

- Halo 2
- Gears Of War
- Sports Games (offline - most)
- Perfect Dark Zero?

If you want to know if a game allows more than 1+ players it will usually say it on the back of the game case.

i guess im gonna have to keep looking at game cases.

checked out the back of some of my existing games and although they have multiplayer none are splitscreen

(saints row, DiRT, the darkness, crackdown...online multiplayer only)

Earth Defense Force 2019. Yea, it looks like a crappy game and even got crappy ratings.

However, it's a blast. It's the most fun I've had in a long time.
