headset and subscription to xbox live

hey when you buy xbox live does it come with the headset or do u have to get it separately?

Xbox Live is inside the Xbox 360. If you purchase the Premium or Elite Xbox 360, it will automatically have the Headset included inside the package.

Other than that, the headset is sold separately in your local game store/super market. Unsure of the price though.
