fable on xbox originals
i recently bought fable used for xbox at gamestop for $8 instead of downloading it on live but i was wondering two things does the live version have achivments and wats the benefits of logging onto xbox live using the original xbox cd

There's nothing to fable with live. Its a single player game. I don't think Fable for Xbox originals has achievements. I bought a new copy of Fable the Lost Chapters for $10

Nope you can't get achievements on the marketplace version or the xbox original disc version, got 200 ms points so I might buy 1000 more to buy fable

The chances of someone finding Fable now days is pretty slim. Xbox original games are drying up and Fable is one of the games that still stays in the Top ten most played Xbox game on majornelson.com
Fable is probably Xbox's most underrated game and if surely worth the 1200 ms points, even if it is really short.

negative dude i walked into a gamestop in my mall and they had a couple and then a week later i saw it again at a software etc.

i borrowed fable before i bought it on live. it's awful imho.. i bought dreamfall or whatever it's called. it kept my attention for about an hour before i realized it was awful too. lol

Fable was a good Xbox RPG that's worth its current price.
But that's about it.
Good on the Western front, doesn't hold a candle to the Japanese front.
I'd honestly buy the CD.
What happens if you get a new hard drive and Xbox Live goes ka-put?
You can't play it more than likely, thats what.
