Well technically the wii remote is a one handed controller when you're not using the nunchuk, soo.......

Well the website says it was a custom order. It wouldn't be a far fetch that an amputee who lost their arm wanted to play xbox and then they decided there was a market for it. It seems like it would be hard to hit buttons and move with the joystick at the same time

the first one was made last year for a soldier who had his arm blown off. im guessing someone else with only 1 arm saw it and requested one. yea it will be difficult to use but a true gamer will get used to it lol. its awesome that this guy is making controllers to help the handicap gamers out there
