SpiderMan 3 HELP

Ok I saw this EB cheap so I picked it up
When your not spiderman in the suit (Pete Parker) And when your facing the Green Goblin like his son who do you beat him im stuck on him hes so friggin hard I need help can anyone help me

I already did it, and it was only like 10 bucks so who cares, I needed something else besides all my other games to hold me over until GTA IV and Mario Kart
