GTA4 Thread
Everyone including Jack Thompson will be anxiously waiting the release of GTA4. While Jack Thompson is no doubt laying out his suits and getting his legal paper work ready to figure out how he's going to try and get GTA4 banned in someway without getting himself fined we will no doubt be riding over to the store to pick up our copies.
This game is going to be as big as Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 with many people playing online. So I think GTA4 deserves it's own thread for the non stop fun it will surely bring most if not all of us. I will no doubt be playing large quanities for online for GTA4 as soon as I finish the GTA4 offline campaign.

mmm, I wouldn't know. Ive never payed attention to any hype. Infact (and this is no joke). Ive only watched 1 full trailer/teaser of GTA4 and that was yesterday. Ive seen screen shots that were plastered all over Kotaku, but I never payed attention. Not because I didn't care, but because I didn't need to. In my eyes, the "Next GTA" was already a 10/10 because Ive played the other 3 and ive even played GTA2. They were all fun and all. Ive really started to think about it these last few days because it's closing in.
But I do think this game will be my favorite.

Well considering GTA3, GTA:VC and GTA:SA all sold atleast 10 million (individually). Ide say it's more than fair to assume that this will sell more than Halo 3. Especially since it's on 2 consoles instead of just 1.
But, this is no Hype thread, merely a thread to discuss anything GTA4. Especially after it's released and everyone can talk about their experiences, share gamertags for some online play, etc.

Did you see metacritic? Alot of websites gave it a 10 including Game Informer. But for some reason it says OXM gave it a 98/10 and thats not true... they gave it a 10 and said it was possibly the best game ever made to date.

Anybody attending a midnight launch for it?
I'm going to one! I feel so hardcore  I've never been to one before, I think it's the first one my local GAME shop have done too. It should be interesting. I'm hoping for freebies.
I'm also that sad I've been wondering what I'll do first. I think I'm going to hit the story mode first though. Wander around the city and see what it's like. I'll probably become to curious though and go online straight away.

I plan on going to school like always, go smoke 2 blunts and drink a beer on lunch break. After I get out of class ill probably text my brother and get him to sneak out of class so we can pick up our copies.

OH MAN I AM SOOOOOO HYPED FOR THIS GAME!!!
It seems that the closer you get to the release of a game, the longer the days get.
thankfully my eb games near me is opening at midnight to sell it.
6 hours 49 minutes until the store opens. 
thank god that i dont have to wait until tomorrow to get it, that would be over 21 hours left.
