xbox live help
im having problems with my xbox live me and my cousin try to invite each other into a private chat or game but we cant connect to each other can anyone please help me

when i go to network settings i have two circles at the bottom of my left screen on says link which is solid green and one says act and its flashing yellow

Shut off the 360 and log off, and sign back in. And see if it works.

Do you have the plug in the router? Or wireless?
If its wired unplug it and plug it back in. Or turn off your router and turn back on and try.
