Red Ring of Death
I got the red ring of death, and not really sure of what to do, this is going to kill me no halo, or call of duty, can someone tell me how to get this fixed as fast as possible?

I got that problem once with my 360. I sent it back.
You're probably going to have to do the same.

Call 1-800-4MY-Xbox and they should be able to help you. In this case, it may take a couple of weeks to get repaired and have a replacement sent back to you. However, you could always rent a Xbox 360 from a local video game rental store while it's getting repaired.

The towel trick is only a temporary fix so it's best just to send it back to microsoft for a free repair. It'll take about 2 weeks for them to fix but you'll get a free month of gold

Why?
The rrod means a general hardware failure, so I guess you could probably give the console a good ol shake But I really don't recommend giving your console the rrod just for 1 months gold

Ways to make time pass:
1) Go outside
2) Watch TV
3) If you have another system (such as the Wii), play that.
4) Post on WiiChat nonstop
5) Sleep
6) Rent a few movies

Well, you'll basically get the RROD if you don't take real good care of it. I had a friend who just let it collect dust and therefore got the RROD.
If you take real good care of it and clean it every once a month or every two weeks, it should be fine.
To purposely do it, I'd suggest trying to mess up the hard drive or something. lol.

To make it get RROD can't you just leave it on for a while and let if overheat? Just say that you were playing Halo too much or something?

I have had my x box for a year and half and between me and my freinds playing call of duty, and halo and a few other games, my xbox has been on almost nonstop so I think is was just a ticking time bomb.
