If you preorder from participating retailers. you will recieve early acess to the left 4 dead demo, (currently at 27th october)

and an exclusive in game wepon the baseball bat.

so no bat for people who dont preorder


not the best incentive but i already preordered i dont like the fact people who dont preorder dont get a bat. kinda sucks

also i have no idea what the participating stores are

No you dont get bat full stop in final game.

However if your playing with someone who has the bat the whole team can use it. but in order for you to use it someone in your team must havve preordered it.
