Thats true, but it is still good to have a newer comp. before you go off to college.

I would only buy a laptop right before you have to go to college, that way it is new, running great, and still has the warranty. The Macbook should be more advanced by then.

I wouldn't get a year old computer for college, I would get a new Dell. The reason Macs are harder for me is because I have only used one once. It would take me a while to get used to the mac interface, and how to operate it as well as I do a PC.

Yea, that ghost cat at my house was an old cat of ours. He was white, and died of cancer or something. One day my mom opened the door and thought another one of our cats ran in(she felt it across her foot). But when she shut the door to look for the cat, no cat was inside.

My friend is about to get one, I don't think they are that good. I would stick to a PC. Toshibas look nice, and Dells are great.
