Animal Crossing was one of the best games for the Gamecube. Featuring real-time events (Christmas on Christmas, etc.), tons of characters, and a near infinite amount of items to collect and trade, it was unlike any game before it. Now on the DS, it is even better with the addition of online play. Bored in your town? Go online and look at someone else's as you get to know them and other random players in online chat. Bored in their town? Go back to yours and fine tune some land scaping as you let friends from the internet visit you. I highly reccomend this game. One of the top 5 for DS.
