Best games coming out

Me and my brother are getting a 360 for christmas and we have decided on these games Halo 3, Gears Of War, Assassins Creed and Army of two is there any others that are coming out that are really good?

mass effect, assassins creed, call of duty 4, halo 3, too human coming out a couple months after christmas, and good games that are already out i would get bioshock, oblivion and the other halos
