Call of Duty

Hi,
I just learned that there is more than one version of Call of Duty for Wii (Call of Duty 1, 2, 3, etc).
I want to buy a Call of Duty that can be played online with other people. I am not sure which Call of Duty I should buy, though.
I have played Star Wars: Battlefront I and II, previously. I did not like SWBI, but I did love SWBII, so I want a game as good as that. Those games were in PlayStation 2... It broke and I couldn't play on it anymore. D:
So, could someone, please, tell me which Call of Duty I should buy and it's price, requisites, etc?

Or maybe I shouldn't buy a Call of Duty game... If it's so, then which third-person shooter game should I buy?
Things to consider:

• Number of Users
• Level of Difficulty
• Fun Factors
• Others

There aren't any 3rd person online shooters that I know of.....I would say get ''Call of Duty: Black ops''. It's really fun, challenging and tons of people play online. It should run you like 30$ or 40$.
