can the wii connect to my monitor any way?

i hav a Dell 24" LCDs 2405FPW (which i think has component, VGA, DVI, s-video and composite connections) will this connect to the wii?

and also, how would i connect mi external speakers?

It should. If it has the necessary input cables you should able to do that. As for your speakers, the Wii does have audio out cables, so as long as your speakers support audio in, you should be fine. We can use a hybrid RCA connector to connect our stereo to the Wii.

i hav 5.1 speakers.......so if i get component cables, (which btw, how much would they cost AUD) i can connect the Left and Right speakers???

btw what is a hybrid RCA connector?
