Completely locked out of our Wii U

So for some reason or another my 10 year old son some how created 4 accounts and does not remember any of the 4 passwords. He also used a bogus email on each one so there is no way to have a new email sent through email. I try to go to the setting menu and it tells me to choose one of the 4 accounts and enter a password. I have been searching for hours trying to find a resolution and have came up empty handed. I do know the parental pin but apparently that is not good enough. Any ideas?

It might need to be formatted. Then set it up under an account you can get into. Not sure if you need an account to get into the system settings.
