Haven't had a virus in YEARS. The closest I have come was when my friend plugged his iPod into my PC to charge and Nod32 detected it had a virus on it. Doubt I will get infected with this one.

Get a decent anti virus
Avast works well
They had it sorted out months ago

I'm weary if Conficker is just the AIDs of computer viruses. It weakens one's systems ever so slightly and slowly so one is more vulnerable to other viruses.
