Crowns on the player select screen?

what the hell do the Crowns mean when your veiwing your mii face and on the top left there are 2 Crowns next to the word complete

i ment in super mario galaxy cause there are 2 crowns next to mine and then it says complete

means you have completed it

i only have 1 though, but have u completed it 120 stars?

yes i have but i wanna know what the first one was for ?

for getting 60 stars,

i only have 94 stars and i have 1 crown,

so 120 stars must mean 2 crowns i.e 100% completion
