There was confirmed downloadable content. It was even posted on this forum in the News section.
Not sure when they are going to do this... hopefully sooner than later. Who knows what downloable content means though... hopefully it won't cost a lot...maybe it won't cost at all!

If it costs something, than we are getting screwed over.
I don't know about you, but I agree with the PC game approach, such as if there is new content or something, its free. The only way they should charge if the content that is new is massive, like an example would be an expansion package.
