Hi, I have two ds lite's, one mine and the other my partners.
My problem (fault) :
My ds no longer switches on, my battery has no fault as it works in my partners ds with no problems, my partners battery doesnt turn my ds on either., when I say it doesn't switch on I mean, I can use the power @witch as normal but when its push up, nothing happens, no green light, no back light to any screen, nothing its almost like the power switch is not connected,
Further more when i connect the charger to my ds the Orange Light comes on for a second then goes off, the same charger works perfectly on my partners ds...
I have the triwing screwdrivers on order from ebay, as I'm thinkingit may be either a fuse has gone, or the power switch needs replacing....
Has anyone suffered this type of fault, and fixed it ?
Failing that I'm going to be buying faulty (snapped hinge) ds from ebay, and use my current hinges to get a fixed ds......
Advice is more than welcome....
