Its 139.95 not 500. And I know hdmi didn't exist in the 80s. I'm saying it should of. We should of had better graphics instead of those crapy blocky things. And retron 5 is nes on a chip and not compatible with castlevania 3 and some games. And my top loader original or toaster for that matter both work on my hdtv bought few years ago and my 2005 Mitsubishi ws65315 hd ready tv. So no need for a retron 5.

You cant improve the graphics on NES games

Just look at the pictures it has. And if you can't improve then how do you explain my smb1 on my old tv or big screen for that matter, and compared to the sharpness of the same exact game on my wii with virtual console. I can see the detail in the bricks like I couldn't in the 80's.

You are talking about up scaling, or adding filters.
Back in the NES days adding filers ment placing plastic on the screen.
It isnt improving graphics, its just sharpening them

The Super Nintendo improved all of the NES graphics! Such as with all the 80's super Mario games! And many more!

^The games where remade with new sprites, if you plugged a NES cart into a SNES you would get a blank screen.
If you used an addaptor the NES games would look like NES games

No I mean, the graphics were improved in the 1993 version. Well Super Mario Allstars.

Exactly, they remade the games with new sprites
