Like said above...

Complete the task (mini-game) and your will recieve a Heart Peice and a Malo Mart will open at the Castle Town Market place (best deals). After that you can buy Hot Spring Water from the Goron inside the Castle market (on the Southside I beleive); where the little boy Goron is in the Castle Market...
