there's countless references to pop culture, history, television, politics, music, etc etc. the game doesn't end as you defeat the 'boss' - the naughty sorceress - instead you ascend and are given the ability to choose special guises which will take you down different paths and present different lands to adventure in - each one containing brilliant new items to be found.
