Mii Parade

Whenever I go to the mii channel, the blue light on my lan adapter turns off...
I have wii connect 24, but nobody in the parade? I have wii friends that have miis set to mingle...

Make sure WiiConnect24 is on, not off. If your friends recently put their Miis on 'Mingle' then it might take a couple hours for them to appear in the parade.

Did they also set the travel setting to travel?
