Let me just be the first to say that this not what I wanted to hear. Anways here is what I sent in as my question:

As you most likely know there will be a launch coming up of Action
Replay for Wii. This program allows people to cheat on games. Is there a
way to prevent someone from using Action Replay online. For example,
could a person, once it comes out, use it on Mario Strikers Charged
online and cheat their way to victory after victory?

Here is the reply I got:

While we discourage the use game enhancers (such as Action Replay), we
do not make it a policy to ban users who have from accessing the
Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service (WFC).

Sadly, cheating in games (even board or card games) is an unfortunate
fact of life. We do respect the fact that you, and many others, do
their best to enjoy gaming without cheating. At Nintendo, we do our best
to make sure that our fans are able to have a fun gaming experience.

One way we have been able to accomplish this is through the Friend Code
feature. We introduced the Friend Code feature as a way of allowing
gamers to build their own personal online gaming community by choosing
to play only with those they know and trust. This way, players are able
to create an arena where they can enjoy a fair gaming experience.

Please note that if any updates are made to the WFC, we'll be sure to
post the news to our websites (www.nintendo.com & www.nintendowifi.com),
so please stay tuned.

Sincerely,

Nintendo of America Inc.

o_O Nice Information but they are allowed to cheat?!

Thats what its sounding like to me. If you can access cheats for online play it seems like theres nothing they can do about it. This is gonna really suck if Mario Kart and Brawl are hacked.
