Okay so i bought a madden game for the gamecube (playing it on Wii) today and I want to start a franchise on it, but the memory card i have right now is out of space so i can't save anything on it. i ordered a new one which should be in by the end of the week. So my question is is that if i start a franchise, leave my Wii on, and plug in the memory card when it arrives, can I save it on it then or will I not be able to and have to restart? stupid question but jw. looooool

I'm relatively confident that a memory card needs t' be in the system prior to turnin' it on, but I could be completely 'n utterly wrong. Don't take my word for it.
Try it for another game. Go to the save loadin' screen of it or whatever, insert the memory card, see if ya can load from said memory card.
