Are there any decent car racing games in the works at all?

something along the lines of a GT game like GT or Forza?

need for speed hot pursuit was meant to be great, but the reviews look pretty crappy.

people have worked out how to do decent graphics on the wii now so its time for a decent racing game.

got the Cars Race-O-Rama, but geared more for my 5-year old son.

I did see posted on youtube a video of a 2-year old winning one of the races in the Cars game...

also, are there any racing games that can be played via Wi-Fi?

Well it's not really like the ones you mentoin but, Mario Kart, its got wifi

yeh, ive got mario kart, its good fun.
still would like a serious racer tho.
