When is Wiisoft coming to the UK and Europe?

When is it coming and what is it? As far I have gathered that its like xbox live downloads where you can download demos, videos and previews.
Have I got it right so far?

It currently is only in the US and has the metriod 3 preview channel to download.

You mean WiiWare? It's basicly on the Wii already. It's just nothing inside yet. It's in the Shop Channel, I think.

The video's are just in the shop channel. Nothing new. They are going to build something like this in the future. We dont know anything more than this.

It is coming but how, when or what we dont know.
