Where do I find Barry the Pixl?

I'm on chapter 7, and I've read in other posts that people have used Barry the pixl on this level. I don't have Barry... where do I get it?

Barry is in Chapter 3-1. Right when you enter it, search the bush and he joins your party.

U just have to beat Francis and go to the start of Chapter 3-1 and look in the bush.
