Where the hell is the fishing lake?

Anyone know where the fishing lake is. i think its in lake hylia but i could be wrong.

i forgot the exact name of the area but its at the top of the whole hyrule map near the boat place (owned by the chick with the afro)

It's actually part of Zora's Domain. It's in the northwest-ish part of the map behind the Howling stone there.
