My faves were the water one and and sky temple one. I just love the bits where you hang onto thier backs as you stab wildly with the remote. Those boss battles I'd say make you feel the most like you are Link.

i love the ganon one. yea, like everyone said already, its like an epic battle. but other than ganon, zant's final boss stage is cool too.

I've only beaten 2 bosses, but the goron Mines' boss was awsome. I was blown away by the graphics. If you say that Wii graphics suck, play Goron Mines

my favorite was the arbitars grounds one. it was really well thoughtout and desighned. All the bosses were far too easy though.
