Wii Internet Channel Video Streaming

I'm wondering if anyone knows any video streaming sites that work on the Wii's Internet Browser, as the Internet Channel uses a Flash 7 player.

The only sites I can find that work fine at the moment are:

YouTube
BBC iPlayer

If you know any that work could you please post them?
