I bought my wii back in 2012, and it has been working fine for last few years, only since last year I started having problems with the remote, while I was doing zumba, the remote would turn off itself, even though I kept buying new batteries and changing them it seems like they worked for a day and then stopped again, making me to buy new ones all the time, which is not worth to me using it any longer, as they cost me too much. I really want to know what the problem is and start using my wii again, as i cant be bothered to pay for zumba classes, and the wii was specifically bought for that. please help!
tried to press the red button for 15 seconds TO SYNC , It did turned on but only one bar lit on meaning the batteries are very low, while i just put a new batteries in! most of the time im using expensive Duracell plus power batteries.
do I need to buy a new remote perhaps?
