Wii video converting guide

I have followed those instructions, and have never been able to get my video to play. I want to convert 40 minute TV programs that I have downloaded in avi format (XVID)

Me too. Nothing ever works and nobody ever has an answer.

i found a program called WiiCR that works pretty well. just google WiiCR and its the first link. works with just about every video format

I downloaded it but couldn't install it, I followed the instructions but when it says "Start XAMPP & Apache, Double Click the Control Icon on your Desktop, start apache. " I don't get what I have to do, where do I start them? There isn't any executable and what control icon does it mean?
