Xbox 360 how to transfer data to another hard drive/console?

I have my own gamertag on my brothers xbox 360 and he has his own. Im going to be playing skyrim on my brothers xbox on my own gamertag but ill be playing offline basically the whole time. If im playing offline and then i connect to the internet say a month after playing skyrim. Can i transfer the data that i played on offline to a differnet xbox through my gamertag. sorry its hard to explain but even if im playing offline for a month. then i choose to transfer my data over to another xbox will it save the data i played offline??

Ok, you pretty much confused me there lol. Yeah, you can transfer data from one harddrive to another with Xbox 360 Hardrive Transfer Cable. If you have one already then use that. If not then it will cost you $6.5 depending where you live.

microsoft just updated their system and though using "cloud storage" (internet required) you can transfer data like you were emailing it to yourself. won't help you right now but might be helpful down the road.

also a cheap second hand memory unit would solve the problem.
